milk - 1/4 c
butter or margarine - 1/2 c
salt - 1 tsp
grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
4 oz - 1 c
jar diced pimento, drained - 1 oz
potatoes, peeled and quartered - 3 lb
small green pepper, finely chopped - 1 item

How to make holiday potato casserole:

Cook potatoes 15 minutes. Mash. Add butter and cream cheese. Beat. Stir in 1/2 of Cheddar and next 5 ingredients. Put in greased baking dish. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes. Sprinkle 1/2 cup Cheddar over and bake 5 minutes more.
