  • sugar - 2 c
  • salt - 2 Tbsp
  • vinegar - 1 c
  • celery seed - 1 Tbsp
  • green pepper - 1 item
  • red pepper - 1 item
  • medium onions, chopped - 5 item
  • mustard seed - 2 Tbsp
  • medium tomatoes, peeled - 12 item

How to make tomato sauce:

Chop tomatoes. Add rest of ingredients; cook for 45 minutes on a slow simmer after it comes to a boil. Seal in jars.
