Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- bacon drippings - 3 Tbsp
- diced tomatoes, undrained - 1 can
How to make tomato gravy:
Melt bacon drippings in an iron skillet over medium heat; stir in flour until smooth and medium brown; stir in tomatoes, salt and pepper; simmer 20 minutes; and serve with biscuits.Recipe categories: Condiments, etc., Vegetables, North american.
