Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1 Tbsp
- brown sugar - 4 Tbsp
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- sticks butter - 2 item
- ground ginger - 4 Tbsp
- apple cider vinegar - 4 Tbsp
- c sugar - 4 item
- c finely chopped pecans - 4 item
How to make pecan jam:
Put in a pan large enough to hold all and allow stirring. Heat in open pan until all ingredients blend and are rich in golden color. Can be canned in hot water bath for 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Low protein, Condiments, etc., Jams and preserves.
