Ingredients/Components

  • flour - 2 Tbsp
  • water - 1 c
  • oil - 2 Tbsp
  • onion, chopped - 1 item
  • pinch of sugar - 1 item
  • bell pepper, chopped - 1/2 item
  • salt and pepper, to taste - 1 item
  • can of tomatoes chopped - 1 oz

How to make tomato gravy:

Mix flour and oil together. Add onion, bell pepper, cook until tender (not browned). Add tomatoes and cook 20-30 minutes. Add water, pepper, sugar, salt. Simmer 30 minutes. Good over country steak or veal.
