Tofu lasagna
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- basil - 1/2 Tbsp
- parsley - 1/2 Tbsp
- Mozzarella cheese - 16 oz
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- lasagna noodles - 1/2 lb
- onion powder - 1/2 tsp
- mushrooms, chopped - 4 oz
- large container spaghetti sauce - 1 item
How to make tofu lasagna:
Saute onion in butter; add chopped mushrooms and cook slightly. Set aside. Boil noodles; then drain. Drain tofu and mash; add to onion and mushrooms along with spices. Spread enough spaghetti sauce in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan to cover. Layer noodlRecipe categories: Pasta, Main dish, Lasagna.
