Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- salt
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- pepper - 1 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- cottage cheese - 3 c
- basil - 1 Tbsp
- hamburger - 1 lb
- parsley - 2 tsp
- Mozzarella cheese - 16 oz
- cans tomato paste - 2 oz
- lasagna noodles - 10 oz
- can tomatoes - 16 oz
- sausage - 1 lb
How to make lasagna:
Brown meat and drain. Mix garlic powder, basil, salt, tomatoes and tomato paste. Simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes. Cook noodles in salt water; drain and rinse. Beat eggs, then add cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley and pepper. Layer 1/2 of each: noodles, cheese filling, meat and repeat. Top with Mozzarella cheese.
