  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • flour - 2 c
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • sticks butter - 2 item
  • egg yolk - 1 item
  • ground nuts - 1/2 c

How to make toffee cookie bars:

Cream butter and sugar. Add egg yolk and vanilla. Beat. Add flour and mix thoroughly. Spread on cookie sheet and bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.

While still hot from oven, spread with chocolate chips and ground nuts.
