- salt - 1 tsp
- butter - 1 c
- flour, sifted - 2 c
- egg yolk - 1 item
- Hershey candy bars - 10 (1
- brown sugar, sifted - 1 c
How to make toffee cookies:
Cream together butter and brown sugar; gradually add salt, egg yolk and flour, beating smooth after each addition. Spread batter on cookie sheet. Bake 20 to 25 minutes in 325° oven. Remove from oven and break Hershey bars into pieces. Place on top until melted. Spread and add pecans. Cool.Recipe categories: Desserts, Drop cookies, Cookie and brownie.
