Lemon bars

Ingredients/Components

• butter, softened - 1 c
• sugar - 2 c
• all-purpose flour - 2 c
• powdered sugar - 1/2 c
• lemon juice - 1/4 c
• Filling:4 eggs, slightly beaten

How to make lemon bars:

Filling:4 eggs, slightly beaten2 c. sugar1/4 c. all-purpose flour1/4 c. lemon juice Heat oven to 350°. In large bowl, combine all crust ingredients at low speed until crumbly. Press mixture evenly in bottom of ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes or until light brown.

Meanwhile, in a large bowl combine all filling ingredients. Blend well. Pour mixture over warm crust. Return to oven and bake 25 to 30 minutes or until top is light brown. Cool completely. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
