Chocolate chip pecan pie
Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- chocolate chips - 1/2 c
- light corn syrup - 1/2 c
- light brown sugar - 1 c
- butter, melted - 1/4 c
- rum
- large banana - 1 item
- extra large eggs, beaten - 3 item
- 10-inch graham cracker crust, unbaked
How to make chocolate chip pecan pie:
Mix everything, except pecans and bananas, in a bowl. Add pecans and bananas. Stir. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Bake 45 minutes at 350°. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
