Three potato salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- dill weed - 3/4 tsp
- Russet potatoes, cubed and peeled - 3 item
- medium red potatoes, cubed unpeeled - 3 item
- large sweet potato, cubed and peeled - 1 item
How to make three potato salad:
Place all potatoes in Dutch oven. Cover with water. Bring to boil. Reduce heat. Cook 20 or 30 minutes. Drain and cool. Place potatoes in a large bowl. Add onion. In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Pour over potato mixture and toss gently to coat. Cover and refrigerate. Makes 15 servings.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Side dish, Stove top.
