  • sugar - 2 c
  • plain flour - 2 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • sticks margarine - 2 item
  • water - 1 c
  • cocoa - 3 Tbsp
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • buttermilk - 1/2 c
  • vinegar - 1 Tbsp
  • baking soda - 1 tsp

How to make texas sheet cake:

Sift together sugar, flour and salt; set aside. Bring to a boil margarine, water and cocoa. Add to dry ingredients; mix well. Mix together 2 eggs, vanilla, buttermilk, vinegar and soda. Add to other ingredients. Mix well. Bake at 400° for 20 minutes.
