Ingredients/Components
- sticks margarine - 2 item
- oil - 1/2 c
- sugar - 3 c
- eggs - 5 item
- flour - 3 c
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- milk - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- lemon extract - 1 tsp
- coconut flavoring - 1 tsp
- rum flavoring - 1 tsp
- butter flavoring - 1 tsp
- water - 1/4 c
- almond flavoring - 1/2 tsp
How to make five flavor pound cake:
Glaze:1/2 c. sugar1/2 tsp. vanilla1/2 tsp. coconut flavoring1/4 c. water1/2 tsp. butter flavoring1/2 tsp. lemon extract1/2 tsp. rum flavoring1/2 tsp. almond flavoring Cream margarine, oil and sugar well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Add flour alternately with milk; begin and end with flour. Add flavorings; beat well. Bake in tube pan at 325° for 1 1/2 hours. Cool in pan for 15 minutes.For glaze, mix all ingredients; heat and pour over warm cake.
