water - 1 c
soda - 1 tsp
cocoa - 4 Tbsp
confectioners sugar - 4 c
margarine - 1 c
Add flour, sugar and salt

How to make texas sheet cake:

Bring to a boil the margarine, cocoa and water. Add flour, sugar and salt. Beat with hand mixer, then add sour cream, eggs and soda; beat. Bake at 375° for 22 minutes in a greased and floured 11 x 16 x 1-inch pan.Topping:1/2 c. butter4 Tbsp. cocoa4 c. confectioners sugar6 Tbsp. milk1 tsp. vanilla Cook butter, milk and cocoa. Add vanilla. Add confectioners sugar and beat with hand mixer. Spread on cake while cake is still warm.
