Texas sheet cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• milk - 6 Tbsp
• sour cream - 1/2 c
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• flour - 2 c
• water - 1 c
• soda - 1 tsp
• cocoa - 4 Tbsp
• confectioners sugar - 1 lb
• sticks margarine - 2 item
• nuts - 1/2 c
• Add remaining ingredients, stirring slightly

How to make texas sheet cake:

Melt margarine in saucepan; add water and cocoa and bring to a boil. Add remaining ingredients, stirring slightly. Pour into a greased and floured cookie sheet (with rim). Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.Icing:1 stick margarine4 Tbsp. cocoa6 Tbsp. milk1 lb. confectioners sugar1/2 c. nuts1 tsp. vanilla In saucepan, melt margarine, cocoa and milk; bring to a boil and add remaining ingredients. Icing can be made while cake is baking and should be spread on the cake as soon as it is removed from the oven. Cut cake in squares to serve.
