Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 6 Tbsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- flour - 2 c
- butter - 1 c
- water - 1 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- cocoa - 1/4 c
- slightly beaten eggs - 2 item
- box 10x sugar - 1 item
- Heat to boiling
- sour milk add 1 tsp - 1/2 c
How to make texas sheet cake:
Combine butter, water and cocoa in saucepan. Heat to boiling. Stir occasionally. Add flour and sugar. Mix well. Spread on greased and floured cookie sheet. Bake at 400° for 20 minutes. While cake is baking, make frosting. Frost while hot.Frosting for Texas Sheet Cake:1 tsp. butter6 Tbsp. milk1/4 c. cocoa1 box 10x sugar1 tsp. vanilla1 c. chopped nuts Heat butter, cocoa and milk.
