Cheese cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 3/4 c
• eggs - 6 item
• vanilla - 2 tsp
• pkg - 5 oz
• sour cream - 1/3 c
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• grated lemon rind - 2 tsp
• flour heaping - 2 Tbsp
• lemon juice more if needed - 1/4 c

How to make cheese cake:

Beat cream cheese, eggs and sugar together. Add sour cream, lemon juice, lemon rind, flour, vanilla and salt. Mix well. Blend, but do not overbeat.

Pour into large spring-form pan that has been buttered and dusted with graham cracker crumbs. Bake at 500° for 10 minutes, then reduce oven to 200° and bake 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes. Cool. Remove from pan.
