Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- eggs - 6 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- pkg - 5 oz
- sour cream - 1/3 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- grated lemon rind - 2 tsp
- flour heaping - 2 Tbsp
- lemon juice more if needed - 1/4 c
How to make cheese cake:
Beat cream cheese, eggs and sugar together. Add sour cream, lemon juice, lemon rind, flour, vanilla and salt. Mix well. Blend, but do not overbeat.Pour into large spring-form pan that has been buttered and dusted with graham cracker crumbs. Bake at 500° for 10 minutes, then reduce oven to 200° and bake 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes. Cool. Remove from pan.
