  • sugar - 3 c
  • eggs - 6 item
  • vanilla - 1/2 tsp
  • sour cream - 1/2 pt
  • baking soda - 1/4 tsp
  • all-purpose flour - 3 c
  • sticks butter - 2 item

How to make sour cream pound cake:

Cream butter and sugar. Thoroughly add eggs, one at a time. Add vanilla. Mix flour and soda together. Alternate flour and sour cream to butter and sugar. Flour and butter a 12 cup tube pan. Bake at 325° for 1 1/2 hours.
