- salt - 1/2 tsp
- melted butter
- butter, melted - 1/2 c
- crushed cornflakes
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 1 c
- diced onions - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup as is - 1 item
- unthawed, frozen hash browns - 2 lb
How to make texas potatoes:
Topping:1/4 c. melted butter1 1/2 c. crushed cornflakes Mix together the sour cream, onions, melted butter, salt, pepper, soup and Cheddar cheese. Fold in frozen potatoes.
