Ingredients/Components
- chopped onion - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- hot sauce - 1/2 tsp
- cloves garlic, chopped - 2 item
- ground chuck
- Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- can mild enchilada sauce - 1 item
- can pinto beans with jalapeno - 1 item
- corn tortillas, torn in small pieces - 18 item
How to make texas casserole:
Saute meat, onion and garlic. Stir in remaining ingredients, except cheese and tortillas. Layer, beginning with meat. Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan at 350° for 35 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
