Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 pt
- salt - 1 tsp
- oleo - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/3 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- potato chips, crushed - 2 c
- Cheddar cheese - 10 oz
- hash browns, shredded frozen - 2 lb
How to make scalloped potatoes:
Defrost potatoes. Combine in a large bowl the oleo, salt, pepper, onion, soup, sour cream and cheese. Put in a buttered Pyrex, 9 x 13-inch. Sprinkle chips on top. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to an hour.Recipe categories: Low protein, Potato, Vegetables.
