  • chopped onion - 1 c
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • tortillas - 12 item
  • can enchilada sauce - 10 oz
  • can taco sauce
  • ground beef, browned and seasoned - 1 lb

How to make enchilada casserole:

Soften tortillas in oil; drain. Layer in square baking dish. Place 3 tortillas, cheese, onion, beef and top with a sauce made from mixing the enchilada sauce, taco sauce and the cream of chicken soup. Continue in layers until you have 4 layers. Bake at
