Ingredients/Components
- chopped onion - 1 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- tortillas - 12 item
- can enchilada sauce - 10 oz
- can taco sauce
- ground beef, browned and seasoned - 1 lb
How to make enchilada casserole:
Soften tortillas in oil; drain. Layer in square baking dish. Place 3 tortillas, cheese, onion, beef and top with a sauce made from mixing the enchilada sauce, taco sauce and the cream of chicken soup. Continue in layers until you have 4 layers. Bake atRecipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Beef.
