  • sugar - 1 c
  • dark corn syrup - 2 tsp
  • ground ginger - 1/2 tsp
  • pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • teriyaki sauce - 1 c
  • dry sherry - 1/2 c
  • cloves garlic, pressed - 2 item
  • green onions with tops, chopped - 4 item
  • sesame seed oil - 2 Tbsp

How to make teriyaki marinade:

Combine ingredients in a small bowl. Pour over beef or chicken. Refrigerate, covered, for 1 to 2 days.
