Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- milk - 1 c
- vanilla flavoring - 1 tsp
- self-rising flour
- cooking oil - 3/4 c
- to 3 eggs - 2 item
- nutmeg to taste - 1 item
How to make tea cakes:
Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Using a tablespoon, place as many on cookie sheet as possible. Bake at 375° until lightly brown. Makes about 3 dozen.Recipe categories: Desserts, Breads, Coffee cakes.
