  • sugar - 2 c
  • milk - 1 c
  • vanilla flavoring - 1 tsp
  • self-rising flour
  • cooking oil - 3/4 c
  • to 3 eggs - 2 item
  • nutmeg to taste - 1 item

How to make tea cakes:

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Using a tablespoon, place as many on cookie sheet as possible. Bake at 375° until lightly brown. Makes about 3 dozen.
