Peanut butter pie
Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese, softened - 3 oz
- smooth peanut butter - 1/2 c
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- milk - 1/2 c
- Cool Whip - 8 oz
- graham cracker crust - 1 item
How to make peanut butter pie:
In large bowl with electric mixer, combine cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar and milk; beat until smooth. Gently fold in Cool Whip; pour into pie shell. This will make a very full crust, but it's not enough for 2 crusts. Freeze 4 to 6 hours. Thaw 10 minutes before serving. I like to serve mine straight from the freezer.
