Ingredients/Components
- flour - 6 c
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- sticks margarine - 2 item
- shortening - 1/2 c
- baking powder - 1 Tbsp
- vanilla - 1 Tbsp
- milk - 1/4 c
How to make tea cakes:
Combine sugar, eggs, margarine, shortening and vanilla until creamy. Add flour and baking powder gradually and milk to mix. Mix into dough ball and chill. Roll out thin and cut with cookie cutters. Roll out on floured surface. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet in a preheated 425° oven.Recipe categories: Desserts, Breads, Coffee cakes.
