Tangy marinated pork chops
Ingredients/Components
- cooking oil - 1/2 c
- orange juice - 3 Tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- wine vinegar - 3 Tbsp
- steak sauce - 3 Tbsp
- 1 to 1 1/2 inches thick pork chops - 4 item
How to make tangy marinated pork chops:
In a screw top jar, combine all ingredients, except pork chops. Shake well. Place chops in a heavy plastic bag, then place in baking dish. Pour marinade carefully into plastic bag. Fasten bag with twist tie. Make certain to squeeze. Marinate 8 hours in refrigerator; turn bag occasionally. Drain chops. Reserve marinade. Place chops on rack in broiler pan. Boil 3 to 5 inches from heat for 10 to 13 minutes, basting with marinade.Recipe categories: Main dish, Pork chop, Pork.
