Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- eggs - 2 item
- cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
- melted margarine - 2 Tbsp
- can evaporated milk - 1 oz
- can cream-style corn - 1 item
How to make tangier island corn pudding:
Combine cornstarch, eggs and sugar. Mix evaporated milk and corn. Add to first mixture. Pour into greased baking dish. Pour margarine over top. Bake 60 minutes at 325°.Recipe categories: < 4 hours, Time to make, Side dish.
