Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 3/4 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
  • melted margarine - 2 Tbsp
  • can evaporated milk - 1 oz
  • can cream-style corn - 1 item

How to make tangier island corn pudding:

Combine cornstarch, eggs and sugar. Mix evaporated milk and corn. Add to first mixture. Pour into greased baking dish. Pour margarine over top. Bake 60 minutes at 325°.
