  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
  • can cream-style corn - 1 item
  • large can milk - 1 item

How to make tangier island corn pudding:

Beat eggs; add milk and corn. In small dish, put cornstarch; add a little water. Stir until dissolved. Add cornstarch to eggs, milk and corn. Add salt and sugar; mix well. Dot with butter. Bake in dish at 350° for 30 minutes until set.
