Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- medium chopped onion - 1 item
- can chopped green chilies - 1 oz
- cans stewed tomatoes - 3 1/2
- dry Ranch dressing - 1 pkg
- ground beef or turkey - 1 lb
- can kidney beans, undrained - 1 item
- can corn Niblets, drained - 1 item
How to make taco soup:
Brown meat, onion and chilies on medium-high in large saucepan. Drain some fat. Stir in the rest and bring to a boil. Simmer for 30 minutes on low. Great for crock-pot. Garnish individual servings with dollop of sour cream and/or grated cheese, raw onion, etc. Great served with corn bread or tortilla chips.
