sour cream - 1 c
salt - 1 tsp
vegetable oil - 1 Tbsp
garlic powder
pepper - 1/2 tsp
ground cumin - 1 tsp
dried oregano - 1 tsp
medium chopped onion - 1 item
can chopped green chilies
cayenne pepper - 1/4 tsp
milk or cream - 1/2 c
5 oz
chicken breast cut into 1/2 inch cubes - 1 lb

How to make creamy white chili:

In a large sauce pan saut?� chicken, onion and garlic powder in oil until chicken is no longer pink. Add beans, broth, chilies and seasonings. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in sour cream and milk. Serve immediately.
