Taco soup
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- can chopped green chilies - 1 oz
- Ranch dressing mix - 1 pkg
- small chopped onion - 1 item
- can kidney beans undrained - 1 item
- ground beef or turkey - 1 lb
- can drained hominy or corn - 1 1/2
- or 3 cans stewed tomatoes or 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes - 2 item
How to make taco soup:
Brown beef, onion and chilies on medium high heat. (Can do in microwave.) Drain some of the fat. Stir in rest and bring to boil. Simmer 30 minutes or on low in crock-pot forever!
