  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • can Ro-Tel tomatoes - 1 item
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • large onion, chopped - 1 item
  • broth - 1 item
  • taco-flavored Doritos - 1 pkg
  • fryer, cooked and chopped - 1 (3

How to make taco chicken:

Mash Ro-Tel tomatoes and set aside. Melt butter and fry onion. Add Ro-Tel, soups and 1 cup chicken broth. Cook until sauce thickens. Break Doritos and cover bottom of baking dish. Cover with diced chicken. Add sauce and top with Doritos. Sprinkle with 1 cup grated cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
