Ingredients/Components
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 3/4
- chicken broth - 1 c
- can Ro-Tel tomatoes - 1 oz
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 3/4
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- Cheddar cheese, shredded - 1/2 lb
- chicken, boiled and boned - 1 item
- bag nacho flavored chips - 1 (7
How to make nacho chicken:
Crush chips and put in bottom of 3-quart baking dish. Mix onion, chicken, soups, tomatoes and broth. Pour over chips. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 325° for 30 to 40 minutes. Yields 6 servings.Note: Use 1/2 can of Ro-Tel tomatoes for milder taste.
