  • eggs - 2 item
  • milk - 1 c
  • sour cream - 1 item
  • Bisquick - 2 c
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • can tomato sauce - 1 oz
  • can whole kernel corn, drained - 1 item
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 c
  • lettuce - 1 item
  • taco seasoning mix - 1 pkg
  • Topping: tomatoes

How to make taco bake:

Topping: tomatoes lettuce sour cream Preheat oven to 350°. Brown ground beef and onion; drain. Spoon into ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan, suitable for oven. Stir in dry taco seasoning mix, tomato sauce and corn; sprinkle with cheese. Stir remaining ingredients together and pour over the beef mixture. Bake 35 minutes at 350° or until light golden brown. Serve with sour cream, chopped tomatoes and shredded lettuce.
