Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- salsa - 1 c
- ground beef - 1 lb
- Cheddar cheese, shredded - 1 c
- flour tortillas OR 8 6 or 8 inch corn tortillas - 6 item
- 1 can soup, condensed tomato - 10 oz
How to make taco bake:
Cut tortillas into 1-inch pieces and set aside.In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned, stirring to separate meat. Drain off fat. Add tortillas pieces, milk, soup, salsa and 1/2 of the cheese. Spoon into a 2-quart baking dish.
Cover dish and bake at 400° for 30 minutes.
Before serving, sprinkle with rest of the cheese.
