  • round steak - 2 lb
  • flour - 1 item
  • onion, sliced - 1 item
  • small chopped green pepper - 1 item
  • fat - 3 Tbsp
  • stewed tomatoes - 1 c
  • tomato juice - 1 c
  • salt
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp

How to make swiss steak:

Pound flour into steak. Cook onion and green pepper in fat until tender. Brown meat in fat. Add tomatoes, juice, Worcestershire sauce and pepper. Cover and simmer for about 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender.
