Slow cooker beef stroganoff
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 1/3 c
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- garlic salt - 1/4 tsp
- dry white wine - 2 Tbsp
- ketchup - 1 Tbsp
- onion, sliced - 1 item
- round steak - 1 2
- bouillon 2 cubes
How to make slow cooker beef stroganoff:
Put all ingredients except wine, flour and sour cream in slow cooker. Cook low, 6 to 8 hours. Turn to high; add wine. Dissolve flour in water and stir until well blended. Cook on high for 15 minutes until thickened. Stir in sour cream and heat thoroughly. Serve over noodles. Serves 4.Recipe categories: Main dish, Beef, One Dish meal.
