  • brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
  • water - 1 c
  • vinegar - 1/4 c
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
  • catsup - 1 c
  • mustard - 4 Tbsp
  • onion, chopped - 1 item
  • round steak - 4 lb

How to make swiss steak:

Cut off all fat on steak and put in a casserole dish. Mix all the other ingredients well and pour over meat. Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour in a 325° oven. Cover and bake for 1 hour more. Drain.
