Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
- water - 1 c
- vinegar - 1/4 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- catsup - 1 c
- mustard - 4 Tbsp
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- round steak - 4 lb
How to make swiss steak:
Cut off all fat on steak and put in a casserole dish. Mix all the other ingredients well and pour over meat. Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour in a 325° oven. Cover and bake for 1 hour more. Drain.Recipe categories: American, Main dish, North american.
