Ingredients/Components
- water - 1/4 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- slices Swiss cheese - 4 item
- boneless, skinless chicken breasts - 4 item
- herb-seasoned bread stuffing ex: Pepperidge Farm - 2 c
How to make swiss chicken bake:
Place chicken breasts in bottom of casserole dish. Place Swiss cheese slice atop each breast. Dilute soup with 1/4 cup water and mix well. Pour over cheese. Saute bread stuffing crumbs with butter and spread over top. Cover dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake at 325° for 1 hour. Uncover and bake again for 15 minutes or until crumbs crisp up.
