Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 1/2 c
  • egg - 1 item
  • plain flour - 2 c
  • paprika - 2 tsp
  • pepper - 2 tsp
  • garlic salt - 4 tsp
  • m - 4 tsp
  • poultry seasoning - 1/2 tsp
  • chicken breast fillets, cut in bite size pieces - 1 item

How to make chicken nuggets:

Mix the flour, garlic salt, m.s.g., paprika, pepper and poultry seasoning. Beat the egg in the milk. Roll the chicken nuggets in flour mixture, dip in milk and roll back in flour mixture. Fry at 350° in Crisco.
