Swiss chicken
Ingredients/Components
- stick butter - 1/2 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can water - 1/2 item
- broccoli optional - 1 item
- pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts - 6 item
- slices Swiss, Provolone or Mozzarella cheese - 6 item
- stuffing do not use Stove Top
How to make swiss chicken:
In a 9 x 13-inch pan, place chicken breasts. Cover with cheese slices. Mix well in a bowl the soup and 1/2 can of water. Pour over chicken. Melt 1/2 stick butter and add to 1 small package of stuffing. Mix well and sprinkle over chicken. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Serves 6.Note: You may use cream of mushroom or cream of broccoli soup. You can also put broccoli, frozen or steamed, on top of chicken.
