Sweet rolls
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/3 c
- salt
- flour - 4 c
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- yeast - 1 pkg
- lukewarm milk
- shortening or oil - 1/3 c
- cardamon optional - 1/4 tsp
How to make sweet rolls:
Dissolve yeast in warm milk. Mix ingredients together. Cover and let dough raise, punch down; let dough raise again, punch down. Roll dough out and add a mixture of brown sugar, granulated sugar, melted butter and cinnamon. Put rolls in greased pan and let raise until double.
