  • chopped pecans - 1/2 c
  • flour - 1/2 c
  • evaporated milk - 1/2 c
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • melted butter - 1/2 c
  • margarine - 1/2 c
  • mashed sweet potatoes - 4 c
  • Add more milk if necessary to make mixture soupy

How to make sweet potato supreme:

Beat all ingredients. Add more milk if necessary to make mixture soupy. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch dish.Topping:1 c. brown sugar1/2 c. flour1/2 c. margarine1/2 c. chopped pecans Mix until crumbly and sprinkle on top of sweet potato mixture. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
