Ingredients/Components
- envelope onion soup mix - 1 item
- olive or vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- butter or margarine, melted - 1/4 c
- thyme leaves - 1 tsp
- marjoram - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- all-purpose potatoes, cut into quarters - 2 lb
How to make onion-roasted potatoes:
Preheat oven to 450°. In a shallow baking or roasting pan, thoroughly blend all ingredients except potatoes. Add potatoes and turn to coat completely. Bake, stirring potatoes occasionally, 60 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
