  • sugar - 1 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • milk - 1/3 c
  • brown sugar
  • butter - 1/3 c
  • melted butter - 1/2 c
  • self-rising flour - 1/2 c
  • fresh sweet potatoes - 2 lb

How to make sweet potato souffle:

Topping:1 c. brown sugar1/2 c. self-rising flour1/3 c. butter1 c. chopped pecans Wash potatoes and boil gently until done. Peel and mash to make 3 cups. Add next five ingredients. Mix well and place in a greased 10 x 7-inch dish.

For Topping: Mix brown sugar and flour well. Add melted butter and chopped pecans. Stir well. Top potato mixture with topping. Bake in a 350° oven for 40 minutes.
