- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- milk - 1/2 c
- brown sugar - 1 c
- butter - 1/3 c
- coconut
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- melted butter - 1/3 c
- self-rising flour - 1/3 c
- mashed sweet potatoes - 3 c
How to make sweet potato crunch:
Topping:1 c. coconut1 c. brown sugar1/3 c. melted butter1 c. chopped pecans1/3 c. self-rising flour Mix together the first 6 ingredients and pour into a baking dish.
