  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • butter - 1/3 c
  • coconut
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • melted butter - 1/3 c
  • self-rising flour - 1/3 c
  • mashed sweet potatoes - 3 c

How to make sweet potato crunch:

Topping:1 c. coconut1 c. brown sugar1/3 c. melted butter1 c. chopped pecans1/3 c. self-rising flour Mix together the first 6 ingredients and pour into a baking dish. Mix the ingredients for topping and sprinkle on the potato mixture. Bake at 375° for 25 minutes.
