Sweet potato souffle
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour - 1/3 c
- pecans - 3/4 c
- beaten eggs - 2 item
- softened margarine
- sticks margarine, melted - 2 item
- and 16 oz - 1 oz
How to make sweet potato souffle:
Topping:1/3 c. softened margarine1/2 c. sugar1/3 c. flour3/4 c. pecans Cook potatoes in own juice until well heated. Drain. Whip potatoes and all other ingredients. Put in baking dish.Mix topping ingredients with a fork and sprinkle over potatoes. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
