Sweet potato souffle
Ingredients/Components
- mashed sweet potatoes 3 or 4 big potatoes - 3 c
- sugar - 3/4 c
- milk - 1/2 c
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- all-purpose flour - 1/2 c
- brown sugar - 1 c
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- margarine - 1/4 c
How to make sweet potato souffle:
Beat together sweet potatoes, sugar, milk, eggs, salt, vanilla and cinnamon; mix until soupy. Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Mix together flour, brown sugar, pecans and butter. Spread over potatoes and bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until topping is almost hard.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
